Getting it
Production runs three to seven days from the moment you approve the artwork proof. Shipping is UPS Ground from our North Carolina factory, two to five business days anywhere in the continental United States, in a single 60 by 26 by 3 inch carton.
Most orders are flying inside two weeks of a decision. If you have a hard date, say so at quote time rather than after.

In greater Phoenix and Tucson we run the whole thing: balloon, helium, installation, weather monitoring and removal. Your staff does nothing.
Balloon service is $247.25 a day and blimp service $297.25 a day, with Tucson $30 a day more. Billed every Monday for the weekend just flown. No contract, no minimum, stop any time, and no charge on days weather keeps it down.
Outside that area we sell rather than service, because our trucks and crew have to reach the site.
Is artwork included?
On the blimp, yes. Full colour, both sides, inside the $1,526.
How high does it fly?
120 feet. Below 150 feet the FAA is not involved.
What about wind?
Over 25 mph in the forecast, bring it in. Wind causes losses, not wear.
How long does it last?
Customers are still flying the same balloon after fourteen years.
What if it wears out?
Send it back for a replacement. Weather loss is not covered.
