Send a street-facing photo that identifies the property, a wide photo of the proposed display area and a separate photo of the delivery entrance. Label each one so your supplier can connect the photos to the same address.
What to put in your brief
Show what the supplier needs to review
Take a wide photo of the proposed display location from a place where you can stand safely. Label features such as overhangs, nearby fixtures and entrances. Provide measured dimensions separately and label estimates as estimates.
Show where delivery would arrive
Photograph the receiving entrance and give its hours or access instructions if you know them. If the display area and delivery entrance are on different sides of the building, mark both on a simple sketch. Ask who confirms the setup requirements.
